Your order will be processed by our logistics team and sent with the best available couriers.

Once you have selected the items to purchase, you can choose between different
shipping methods:
-Free Shipping: you will receive your order at home with no shipping costs
Once this shipping method has been selected, a field will be shown where you can enter the destination zip code. According to the zip code entered, a map will appear on the
right with the closest pick up points available and a list with the names of the pick up points. Selecting one of the points the map will disappear, but the address and name of
the pick up point chosen for delivery will remain on your order.
The delivery timing varies between 5-7 working days once the order is received. When your order will appear as regularly processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to the online tracking system, where you will be able to follow your delivery status step-by-step. Take in consideration that during peak season,
such as Holidays or Black Friday, orders could face a few days of delays.
You can follow the delivery status directly on our website by  logging in with your account and clicking on “my orders”.
The delivery will arrive at the requested shipping address. Should you not be available when the delivery arrives, you will receive a notice; you will receive an e-mail at the email address you inserted during your order. In this case you can contact our Customer Service to schedule a new delivery date.
